If your mousse pump is not dispensing the product properly, it may be due to a defective pump. This is a known issue that we are currently addressing by working with a new supplier to provide functional replacement pumps.
To resolve this issue, we require that you fill out the form below with your shipping details so we can determine if we can send you a replacement pump.
Our policy allows for replacements within 30 days of the delivery date.
