What can I do if TréLuxe products do not work as expected?Updated 6 months ago

Great question! As this is to be expected, especially if you are still learning your curls, your routine, and now adding in new products. The first thing we recommend is to reach out to one of our TreLuxe Curl Specialists! We have curlies like you, who are active in the curl community and understand the struggles you may be running into. 

1. Share your concern with the Curl Care Specialists. Be specific regarding what you expected vs happened. Be specific in sharing which products you used and in what order. 

2. Apply the recommendations given from the Curl Care Specialists. Allow yourself at least 3-4 attempts with the recommendations provided, making tweaks in how you apply products, drying techniques and/or styling techniques.
